Kim (“Kimla”) Desrosiers, RMT, MEng, ORDM

Kim Desrosiers is a Master Teacher (Dai-Shihan) of Subtle Energy. Her Bodhisattva and Tantric vows were given by H.H. The 14th Dalai Lama, Nature of Mind pointing out instructions by H.E. Kenpo Karthar Rinpoche, and she has received various other wangs in Tibet. As a Ngakma and lung-gom (Tibetan Psychic Sports) practitioner, she trains others in Subtle Energy mastery. She founded and led the International Kalachakra Study and Practice Group, as well as the Consciousness Explorers Club (Dream and Sleep Yoga, Group Dream Bardo and Group astral travel practice) and The Art of Reiki Collective. In 2014, she met the 11th Dimensional Wisdom Beings at the Kalachakra Initiation in Northern India, and discovered faster-than-light travel with the mind using their portal technology. In 2023, she was initiated as a Koshare into their clan of inter-dimensional Beings (called the Kachina in the Pueblos) after meeting them through their portal in New Mexico. She currently practices within the Shipibo-Conibo tradition of dieting plants (dietas) and communicates with the Master Plant teachers using human-vegetal telepathy. Kim-la is an explorer and teacher, engineer, day trader, ice climber, equestrian, and mother of two. She is a regular speaker and teacher at numerous spiritual and consciousness organizations around the world, including the Psi Games, The Monroe Institute and Gaia TV.

For 30 years, Kim served as an environmental engineer and mediation consultant. She was the first woman ever to be promoted to equity partner in the construction and environmental segment of one of the largest consulting firms in the world. She holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Engineering degrees from Rutgers University and Pennsylvania State University and completed post-graduate work at Harvard Law School and MIT.

Kim has written extensively, on environmental forensics, transportation, geospatial systems, and meditation, and has been widely published by The Brookings Institute, Google.org, CEO Today, and Finance Monthly, among others. Kim has been written about for her ice climbing.

In 2014, Kim’s crown chakra opened, and for a twenty-four hour period, she received light energy into her central channel. Following this “upgrade” Kim came into all of her psychic-senses overnight. After this enlightenment event, she began her studies in Reiki following higher guidance provided at Mount Kailash, Tibet during a Tibetan Buddhist pilgrimage. After discovering Dolores Cannon’s work, she devoted herself to learning her method of hypnosis, a process very similar to Nature of Mind practices Kim-la learned from her Tibetan teachers. Upon seeing the impact made using Cannon’s visionary methods, she recognized QHHT to be an extremely powerful methodology for both healing and revealing one’s Higher Self. She founded The Art of Reiki Collective in 2024, following the recognition that the transmission energies of Universal Life Force (Reiki) in western culture were dramatically reduced as a result of the omission of the Reijus (empowerments) that are conducted in Vajrayana Buddhism and esoteric Tendai Buddhism in Japan. The Art of Reiki Collective brings back into Reiki practice the spiritual teachings of Dr. Usui’s Reiki and the Tendai Buddhist lineage, along with the power of the empowerment.

As a Subtle Energy Master Teacher, clairvoyant intuitive, and poet, she is most passionate about illuminating the path through bringing awareness of one’s Higher Self / Future Self and Funi / Clear Light (Self-Luminous) Mind.
