Timeline is a Monroe Institute program that allows one to journey into past lives, future lives, and one’s Higher Self (termed “Total Self” in Bob Monroe’s system). Using Hemi-Sync and Monroe Sound Science, over six days, the participant travels into territories during non-ordinary state of consciousness that evoke temporal dynamics that change one’s path to the future. As part of the program, Kimla guides the participant into a one-on-one regression experience. This regression takes place in the Roberts Mountain Retreat waterbed “lab” area, capped by a copper pyramid. This is the same configuration that Bob Monroe describes in his book as catalyzing his first Out-of Body Experiences in his own home. During the regression, Kimla takes the individual into the Akashic Records, where they are shown one to three Past Lives. In many cases, the regression then takes the person through a portal into their own Higher Self / Total Self. The Total Self is a wise, plural consciousness that knows everything about the regressed individual, and will answer questions that Kimla asks it. It is often the first time a participant has heard the voice of their Higher Self. Participants report that the regression is “life changing.” The participant leaves the program with a recording of their Past Lives, and of their Higher Self, so they may access those states of consciousness when they return to home, setting the stage for more consciousness adventures.
